Shipping:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship, often times orders are shipped same day or within two days.

What if my kit comes damaged in the mail?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for kits once they leave our door. We will not refund nor replace lost or damaged kits. We do offer shipping insurance, and we ask that you take it into deep consideration.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, for international orders, you will be charged and estimated fee, when your package is ready to ship you will be invoiced for the remainder of the shipping charges if the actual shipping cost exceeds the original charged amount.

If I order two items and one is pre-order, when will they ship?

If you order an item or kit that is on pre-order, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. To avoid this please place separate orders.

How often are new kits posted? 

New kits are posted every month, but are very limited.

How can I pre-order my kits each month?

You can preorder your kits by requesting a lumped  invoice from: customerservice@apieceofcraft.com

How many kits come out each month?

Usually we post one Artsy Addicts kit each month, but in some cases we may post several or even add on kits.

When will I be allowed to join the Artsy Addicts Community?

You may join the Artsy Addicts Community once you have become a member and purchased 3 of the kits consecutively.

What is the Artsy Addicts Community?

The Artsy Addicts Community is basically our kit club. We have a website dedicated to our members where they can chat and share blog info as well as have their own account and profile.

How do I join the Artsy Addicts Community?

Once you have purchased 3 consecutive kits you may email us requesting access to the community. You don't have to sign up ahead of time, just purchase your kit each month and once you have purchased 3 email customerservice@apieceofcraft.com and we will give you instructions on how to join.

Do I have to join the club to purchase the kits?

No, you do not have to join the club to purchase the kits. However, club members are notified first when the new kits are posted.

Other Questions:

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

All sales are final, in the rare case that you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, you may send it back to be replaced and you will be responsible for shipping. In most cases you can contact the manufacturer directly and they may be able to send out a new product at no cost to you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to shipping.

How do I go about canceling an order?

Are sales are final, if you need to cancel an order please contact us within the hour after your order is placed. After that a refund will not be guaranteed as we do ship same day in many cases. Contact customerservice@apieceofcraft.com.
